We flew into Monterey Saturday and tied down at your facility. We were met by your employee Caitlin. She greeted us nicely, and we told her we had a car rental reserved through Del Monte. She started trying to call Enterprise. Unfortunately the car rental firm had left their office to deliver autos. I walked to their facility and saw a note saying they would return in 15 or 20 minutes. 45 minutes later, upon Dan's return, I was informed there was not a reservation in my or Del Montes name. I returned to Del Monte and we and our guests took a taxi into town. Caitlin continued to try and contact Enterprise and they told her they found the reservation and would have a car there in 10 minutes. I returned and in about an hour they did bring a car. My main point in this letter is to inform you about your employee Caitlin. Through the entire time she performed like the gracious host and trooper she is. She was courteous, concerned, and really trying to correct a situation that was not her fault. She was most attentive and really tried to help. Just thought you would like to know about her help, attitude and that she is a good representative of your firm. Thanks again for her help and see you on our next trip. Walter White.
