Monterey Bay
You'll marvel at the views as you fly northbound along Monterey Bay's shoreline. On your right is the agriculturally productive Salinas Valley known as the "Salad Bowl of the World." On your left is the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary-- the largest marine sanctuary in the country.
Your flight will continue over Moss Landing, the mouth of the great Monterey Bay sea-canyon (you could fit the Grand Canyon inside!) the current exploration site of some of the world's most prominent marine scientists. On this flight you'll appreciate the tranquility and beauty of Monterey Bay's crashing surf and delicate dunes.
